SHIPPING POLICY
• Flat Delivery fees of 40Gh for orders in Accra, Ghana.
• FREE DELIVERY for orders over GH1000 after coupon discounts have been applied within Accra.
• Outside Accra or Ghana rates are calculated at checkout.
• Orders will be dispatched within the next business day.
• Orders outside Accra will take 2 -3 business days – usually shipping through FedEx
• Tracking number will be sent via sms after order has been dispatched.
• Tracking numbers are provided on all orders confirmed. You’ll have the opportunity to track your package till it’s delivered.
• Please ensure to be available at the time of delivery.
• Kindly note that, your phone number will be flagged should you intentionally make yourself unavailable for delivery.
RETURN POLICY
• Returns are processed within 2 business days after you’ve received item from CHARME.
• Shoes or product must be returned in brand new condition. Refund will only be effected on unworn merchandise.
• We charge a flat rate of 20GH for returns.
• As soon as we receive merchandise at our warehouse, refund payment will be initiated through initial payment method.
• A store credit can be issued depending on the order.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect items delivered should be brought to our attention immediately. In the event it’s not reported, we will not process a REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
• FINAL SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned.
STORE & EXCHANGE POLICY
Charme will accept for exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For an exchange, mail out your purchased items within 48hours from the receipt of original order. Items cannot and will not be exchanged after 2 working days from the receipt of original order. items must be returned with all CHARME receipts still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoe boxes and shoe bags. Customer is responsible for any additional delivery costs.
